My interest in cosmetics began when I started using skincare, for 'preventative' reasons and, why deny it, for a bit of vanity too!!! But there
were times when I would get the 'odd spot' or a blemish, and I had an important event to attend and I needed to cover it to face the world, so
out would come the concealer, foundation and make-up primer, and in those moments I would get compliments on my make-up skills and how natural
I looked.
So I decided to train in make-up skills in order to advise my friends and family and educate those who were 'clueless' about make-up, and to learn
the right skills and tools for the art that make-up application is.
I trained with an international make-up artist who trained with the C.I.D.E.S.C.O, and various other make-up artists and professionals.
I am very lucky that I have been introduced to what I considered is the best botanical and vegan-certified botanical cosmetics brand, which should
always be an extension to people's skin care regime and is suitable for all skin types.
